Since my fic comm never really got the attention from me it deserved, I thought I would post a master fic list over here and maybe I would be more inspired to write. (: After all, this time next year I will hopefully be studying creative writing in Uni, so writing will be mandatory. :D
Epic Prompt Table List:
Started: 3rd October 2009.
Completed: 1/500
Links are to fictionpress and fanfiction, as that's where I tend to post the majority of my fics. (And like I said, my fic comm has been greatly ignored.)
And I know that challenges like this, you should focus on like one fandom and stick with them... but 500 stories about one couple/show/character... whatever. That would bore me half to death. ): So I'm just going to write whatever I can, and -*fingers crossed*- that will be good enough. Please don't tell on me!! :P
Ohhh, there's so much to say! Eeee!
Unfortunatly, I abandoned all school work over half term and I'm only just getting it done now, so I really should be on LJ and I only have a coule of minutes. Though once this geography is done I will be right back. (:
So we went to Eternal Twilight 2, and it was awesome! :D Not quite as fun as it was last year, but only because we were missing a musketeer. Buying a card-board cut out Edward Cullen, though, sort of made up for that. Hours and hours were spent in our hotel room posing with him, (: possibly the biggest waste of time ever and it's so obvious that he's not real so we can't even pull tricks on our friends. But hey, who wouldn't buy Edward for £20 if they could, heehee.
Booking my ticket for ET3 any day nowwwwwwwwwww! yayayayay!
I've watched the Ghost Whisperer finale for season 4 (I think), and cried like a baby! Cannot wait for season 5 in the UK... I know I could watch it online, but my mum loves watching it too and won't let me get ahead of her, ):
Uhhh, what else, oooooh MJ's This Is It is BY FAR THE BEST FILM EVER! A couple of friends and I went on Wednesday and had the best time. At the start we were the only ones singing along and severly pissed off the man sat behind us, but eventually everyone joined in and it was like being at an actual concert. So awesome. And we clapped at then end of every song and laughed loudly when MJ said/did something funny. I don't like the saying 'there was a really good atmosphere' but in this case it was so true and everyone left the cinema in such a good mood - it was fantastic.
And I have fallen in love with House this week. Only discovered it about 2 weeks back, (I mean, I knew of House, of course, but I had never watched it or anything) and now I am hooked. On Sky at the moment I am watching season 6, and Hallmark are showing me 2 episodes of season 5 every Friday night and for the last couple of days I have been re-watching season 1 online when ever I get a chance. Currently up to episode 13 of season 1. (: It's amazing how fast an obsession can grow, huh?
Anyway, I really should get back to geography now, ):
Why is it so cold today? I honestly don't think there has been one minute today when my feet have been anything other than frozen. 'Course, I could steal the blanket from my brother but he's likely to beat me up for it. ):
Anyway, I'm off to attempt to get some writing done now, but if that fails I will use the power of the internet to watch Grey's Anatomy 6.01. It's so not fair that the USA get all the good shows a year before little old me.
I'm not great with public transport, which is why I never venture off into London without my friends by my side... I just wouldn't make it out alive. But since my bus pass didn't show up this year, I kinda have to catch the bus home on a Monday and Thrusday.
On Monday I failed. Epically. I ended up in the wrong place completly and had to treck hme, which took about an hour or so. ):
Anyway, today, with the help of Kat, Katie and Luke, we found the bus and I got on and ended up
Uhm, yeah, anyway, apart from that there's not much going on in my life. Give it a day or two though. This month is going to be pretty busy. This weekend it's the average shopping spree. Weekend after that we are going to Thorpe Park for a VIP fright night thingy... Only John Lewis employees allowed. I do love my mother! (: After that we have the Eternal Twilight 2, New Moon Rising convention to go to. So excited! And I have my driving theory test on the 14th... Eeee.
So, yeah, busy bee this month. :D
What else? Oooh, GHOST WHISPERER! It's the finale here (UK) this Tuesday. Cannot wait! I am 100% in love with Jim Clancy, he's just the best husband in the world. Melinda is so lucky. (And yes, I know it's only a TV show and that they don't exist...) Anyway, I'm mega excited for the finale. I just saw the advert and couldn't stop squealing. It looks brilliant. :D
That's it for today. Hope you are all alright. (:
Ohh, and...

Another school year, which means only three subjects to attempt to cope with. English, Geography and Psychology. Absolutly no more Maths ever, ever again. I am so happy that throwing a party doesn't seem over the top at all.
We're doing Othello at the moment in English, which is brilliant. Although I am growing increasingly annoyed with Iago. And Othello. And Desdemona. Really, I don't like any of them much but the play is still intersting.
And once again, my laptop was taken by the repair man. (I'm not making excuses really. :P) It's really quite stressful to not have it here, and means I am totally behind with school work. ): Anyway, back now and hopefully for good. *fingers crossed*.
In other news, my personal statement is finished and I am attempting to decide on my five choices. Gloucestershire, Surrey and York St. John are the ones I like the most, but I have to find some others to go on the list. I'm looking to do English Lit with Creative Writing, which isn't a course offered at many uni's unfortunatly.
Now I am just chilling out after a stressful few days of arguements. (My dad won 2 tickets to V fest. and since I have 2 best friends, I had to choose. We didn't tell the friend who didn't go, because we knew how she'd react. She's just found out. And we were right, the reaction was not good.) Relaxation for me = reading, writing and watching back to the future. Much fun.
Oh, and playing My Zoo on facebook, the latest obsession. I'm saving up to buy a bison at the moment. :D
And I have begun reading Generation Dead. Has anyone read it before? It's really good so far, so I would suggest it to anyone. I can't wait to finish it and buy the sequal. (:
Right, off now to finish watching the film and try to finish Geography homework that I have told my parents I have already done. :P
Oh, and new layout courtersy of
milou_veronica.
Now that school's over, I am back. Honestly. I know I said so before, but then revision kicked in and I disapeared off the face of the planet for a little while. That's all over now. :D
Anyway, little update... I'm getting back into my writing. Posted a whole load of stories recently on my fanfiction account and will be posting them over here soon. A couple of friends and myself have also chosen to (attempt to) write our own novels. It's madness and I highly doubt that mine will ever flourish into anything other than an idea scribbled down in my notebook. But, it's fun and something to keep me occupied during the six long weeks of summer, right?
I get my exam results in less than a month now, so that's something to look forward too, I suppose. I'm not expecting to get anything resembelling good in my Maths, but *fingers-crosssed* the others will be kind of decent.
Oh, and I know what I'm going to study at uni! English Lit & Creative Writing. The creative writng course is a definate, not sure about english lit. It all depends on what we'd be studying. And that varies between uni's. Suppose I'll have to make my mind up soon though.
Anyway, how are all of you guys? Been up to much?
So I now have a new found obsession with FanFiction.net... Well, when I say new found I actually mean a re-descovered obsession with it. It's amazing! Don't you just love being able to control all your favourite characters with just a couple of hits on a button... ok, not a couple... but yeahh. :D
So, that's how I have been spending the majority of my half term. That and a little, tiny bit of maths revision. The exam isn't till next Friday, so there's still some time.
Oh, and who else is psyched for the Sims 3? That's out the same day as I have my maths exam so that will be my celebratory present to myself. That and the fact that I am going to the Capital Summertime Ball! Wahhhhheyyy! Which means that I will be seeing James Morrison! And Kelly Clarkson! And Katy Perry! And Blue! And loads of other people... but my mind is a little bit slow. (:
That's all for now really, just a little update. Now I am going back to watching Friends. (How come no matter how many times I watch this show it's still funny!)
I just made a big mistake and watched the last 5 minutes of the Grey's Anatomy season finale as a part of my 10 minute break from Geography revision... OMG! I won't say anything on here, because I don't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen it, but anyone who has seen it will know what I am talking about anyway. (:
Riiiiight, now back to the revision. Be back later when I understand sediment cells. XD
I am backkk!
And hopefully it's for good this time!
Things still aren't back to normal; far, far from it in fact. But I am getting better at coping. :P
So, yeah. Hiyahhhhh!
Life has sort have gotten out of my hands recently and for a very long time I have been without internet access. I won't go into what is happening, it's way too much to explain. But I am sorry for neglecting LJ and you all but it's not on purpose. I promise!
Fingers crossed that things will be getting better now. (:
Hope you are all doing ok and that life is treating you well.
I know I haven't been around forever... but I was incredably busy with school and what-not. Plus I have like nothing to write since my life has been so boring until late. Now, however, I do have something to write about...
ETERNAL TWILIGHT CONVENTION!
It was so amazing. And I have tonnes of pictures stored up to post for you all to see. But that could take a while to upload.
Anyway, Peter and Kellan hugged me!! Peter twice actually and I could hear Kellan's heart beat!! (I really am such a fangirl!) I only had a standard ticket though... and it was one of the last ones...
But since they are doing Eternal Twilight 2 I am attempting to book myself a Silver Ticket at the moment. Waheyyyy!
I will put the photos up later, be warned there are many!
So... you'll never guess what's happened here...

Oh yeah, it snowed! Heehee.
I LOVE SNOW DAYS!
I have been up since 6.20 this morning, on the computer checking to see if school was shut. And then, once I found out it was, I grapped the sledge (and my brother) and went off to find a good hill. Found a couple of decent ones, but the search for the perfect one is still on. All of the Stoke Poges kids are out looking for somewhere. (: I love it! Heehee. And I have built Mandy, the snow woman!
*fingers crossed* we have the day off tomorrow!
I have one sorted out for prom and the beach party should be easy to sort out, but this one is difficult.
Anyway, must get back to dress hunting. Eeee! Cannot wait!
So, I jumped on the bandwaggon and signed up to
mission101_2009 and have made a new account to keep track of my progress. My list of 101 is here and you can add me here if you would like to keep updated on how I'm doing.
That's pretty much it for now, I should get back to my revision. Hope you are all okay!
I cannot believe Christmas is over already! I've had such a great few days I really don't want it to end yet. There are still some presents from Aunts and Uncles to be collected though, so it's not totally finished.
So, yeah, I got:
1. A green i-Pod nano... the pretty new ones. XD
2. A docking station for said i-Pod.
3. The Michael Macintyre DVD (which I have already watched twice!)
4. David Tennant biography.
5. Twilight companion book.
6. A shiny new hairdryer.
7. PLAYDOH! :D:D (my very favourite present!)
8. Twilight poster, chocolate, book, stickers from Bex. (:
9. Mrs. Patrick Dempsy sign for my car (when I get one) from Bex. (:
10. A photo album and beautiful letter from Kat.
11. And lots and lots of socks!
Yeah, so great day overall. Christmas at home, just the four of us. Boxing Day at Nanna's with cousins. Yesterday at other Grandma's. Today visiting Uncle and cousins.
I LOVE CHRISTMAS! XD
OhMyGod! Saw the movie yesterday, at long last, and it was amazing. The only bad thing was the screaming girls in the theatre with us. Although, I can't really complain because I am on of them... Although I have an excuse. Becky and Kat kept squeezing my hands when a good scene came on and it really hurt. That's why I was screaming.
But, it was amazing. Just need to go catch up on some sleep now, because we were on so much of a Twilight buzz last night I didn't get to sleep till 2:00. And then with all the running about today... Yeah, I'm tierd. So bye! (:
There's this wonderful rule at our school which basically states that if your bus to school does not turn up early enough to be able to get you to school on time you don't have to go. Guess what?
School starts at 9.10 and it takes 20 minutes to get there. So when it reached 8.50 we were so bloody happy. 'Course my mum and Maizie's mum were at work so we just get to stay at home. And we are both going for a lovely lunch at Nanna's and hanging out at home doing english coursework. Can this day get any better?
Christmas Presents Update:
Last week: 2/12 (about 17%)
This week: 2/20 (about 10%)
